I have an E motorcycle and have heard the opposite problem for these.
That you are more likely to get hit by cars because they can’t hear you.

These problems are easily solvable though if someone cared too, though. Either make them make a louder noise, or turn on a radio or something.

There is also probably auto braking coming to most newer vehicles soon.
