Eggs florentine

This is my favorite breakfast to eat at a diner. I decided it was high time I learn to make it on my own. Poaching eggs is much harder than it looks,and it looks pretty hard! I ended up with the white and yolk being separated, so I don’t have that delicious runny yolk center. But heck, it still tastes good. The hollandaise sauce recipe was much more forgiving than it initially looked. I forgot an entire step, but it’s still delicious!

Like Jimbob said, and the Eggtastic cooker makes perfect poached eggs every time in the nuker.

Poached eggs are tough to make in a sauce pan. But now I want to try to make Eggs Benedict.
