EGCg for cognitive function

I’m on the medication and vitamins forum so hopefully nobody with schizophrenia sees this. I’m going to try this for cognitive function. Looking forward to it.

If you keep up the good attitude it will probably work out for you @far_cry0. My symptoms improve a tiny bit everyday. Who knows how better you will be in a couple of years.

L-Theanine does work for me @anon20318121. Sorry I missed this question earlier.

I got headaches from L Theanine.

I can read a little better with L-Theanine. That’s how I know if I like a supplement. I just take it and start reading to see if it does anything with cognition.

you are lucky because it seems you body doesn’t reject most of the supplements, I got serious side effects from most of them. I’m now trying CDP choline. As you may have already known I failed Alpha GPC last week.

I’ve tried both of those @green5. I guess I am lucky. I’m not on antidepressants, mood stabilizers, or addictive meds so that’s probably another reason they work for me. Sometimes I lose control and get a little carried away. For the most part I can see pretty clearly with supplements.

Alpha gpc is good but meds counter the effects. Anticholinergic activity.

I think choline can cause depression.

Vraylar is an addictive drug for me. I’m serious.

I wasn’t depressed on it.
