Okay so I was at the hospital again. I had gone to the bridge by my school with the intention to jump off. Luckily a friend found me and talked to me until police arrived then they talked me, got me down, and brought me to the hospital. But I’m out and back! Doing a lot better and I’m happy that I didn’t jump.
Drawing is close but not quite it. Want me to tell you?

I am sorry you had to undergo such a severe crisis.
I am glad that you are doing better and wish you all the best.
My advice is for you to reach out for help if you ever feel suicidal again.
Also, remember that thoughts about suicide are intrusive thoughts, thoughts you should try to get rid of.
I will be glad to hear your plans for your birthday.

Thank you @Erez_Shmerling If I am feeling suicidal again I will talk to somebody and I will also communicate when my delusions are becoming more dangerous for me. Delusions were the main reason that I tried to do it. I’ll most certainly push suicidal thoughts away and replace them with good thoughts the moment I notice them.
As for my birthday plans. I’ll be going with a few friends and my moms tattoo artist and we are going to go out and graffiti. Legally of course since there are places around that you can legally spray paint on. It’s going to be awesome!

Update on my birthday. No party it got cancelled so no salary painting for me. 
I’m sorry you can’t go painting. I’m sure you’ll find another way to celebrate.
