eBay Auctions FFS!

I do not know what’s wrong with me

Saw a smart phone on there and it had 10 mins left and I won

:man_facepalming:

Really need to stop browsing the internet and buying stuff I don’t need!

Maybe you can explain to the seller what happened. I’ve done that before.

I’m also a n eBay compulsive buyer :joy:

It’s ok. I literally just sold my own phone on eBay. The fees are ridiculous but I needed to get some more money in to pay for this :man_shrugging:

It’s the auction thing that gets me every time. Like 10mins left and putting a bid in 15s before it ends!

Oh dear. I am happy that my old phone has sold, so I won’t be super out of pocket!

This is why you should always just look at buy it now rather than ending soonest!

I can sorta understand. I don’t do auctions because I know I’m very much this kind of person.

I impulse bought a preorder, and right away I felt bad so I messaged customer support to refund and cancel the order.

That urge is annoyingly tenacious.

Auctions can be addicting. I used to watch auctions. Sometimes I still do I guess.

Are you on abilify @Joker

I stopped using auctions long time ago, not only its addictive, often the price ends up the same or even more than buyitnow!

I heard that some ppl bid on their own items with another account to raise the item’s price and make more money.

I don’t sell using auctions anymore, only buyitnow, as some ppl bid and never pay, especially those with low or no feedback. I also only accept paypal to avoid scams. I only use paypal to pay too.

I used to love ebay. I haven’t used it in over a decade now though.

Been years since I bought and sold on Ebay, last thing I sold was a pair of old socks for10 bucks

I only do Buy it Now. Had too many auctions poached.
