Im surprised blueberries aren’t on there. I eat at least two bananas and about a half a cup of blueberries daily on my new diet.
They were. They said they were the healthiest fruit.
I love fruit. I try to eat a few fruits everyday.
I like to eat strawberries because they taste nice. I eat blueberries and kiwi because they are full of fibre. I like not from concentrate orange juice it tastes nice and sweet
I’ve bought a honeydew melon but don’t eat that much fruit. I ate loads of it as a boy.
I rarely eat fruits, but I drink a fair amount of fresh juice and smoothies.
Fruit and vegetables are so important for good mental health I feel. I don’t have a study to post but whenever I’m feeling lethargic I up my vegetable and fruit intake and it usually makes a significant improvement

I drink a few fruit smoothies a week. Started eating more honey dew and cantaloupe as well recently. Got Strawberries and Raspberries to eat together tomorrow for breakfast.
