Healthy food on your diet

What do you eat to stay healthy?
I eat an apple in the morning.
I tried oatmeal but quit it because I found it contained sugar.
Do you have special thing you put on your diet

I used to eat an apple day

that’s an old adage isn’t it

basically it’s fresh spinach leaf and broccoli that I go to

and Phil has been making us asparagus lately, he steams it

also, I saw a video on Facebook

I guess the healthiest apple are the tart, green ones.

I always thought it was the red ones.

I try to eat whole foods as much as possible. Sometimes I eat white bread or refined sugar but it is what it is

You can make homemade oatmeal and not add sugars.

I eat rye bread as it’s healthier than white bread.I also like broccoli and cauliflower

Cauliflower I always see them in the market but didn’t try I will try the homemade if I’m not lazy tomorrow !
