sounds good. id add it to oatmeal just to give it a little more fiber and slow the digestion of it.

I don’t actually have to eat it to gain, just walking past a jar of it seems to add five pounds. Brown Satanic slime.

Yes @jukebox
I’ll occasionally eat 2 tbsps of organic natural peanut butter sometimes to replace a meal.
It’s a good way to lose weight in moderation
Too much peanut butter, especially the ones with high sugar (Skippy, Jiff) can cause weight gain.
Peanut butter has a lot of calories.

Peanuts are a good source of choline. Choline helps reduce the risk of alzheimers.

Here where I live we got 100% almond butter without any additives, sugars, or palm oils. It’s my to go food when I’m in need to get into ketosis state. I find almonds to be a very healthy alternative to any other nut butters that might have hidden chemicals, palm oils, or sugars added to them.

Peanut butter makes me gain weight…because i don’t know when to quit. The peanut butter is not meant to be an inch thick.:wink:

I agree with putting it in oatmeal. Very tasty!
