instead of eating a meal for lunch I had several tablespoons of peanut butter just to tide me over…works to lose weight…don’t know about anyone else.
Peanut butter leads to weight gain for me
Peanut butter is healthy at least.
sounds good. id add it to oatmeal just to give it a little more fiber and slow the digestion of it.
I don’t actually have to eat it to gain, just walking past a jar of it seems to add five pounds. Brown Satanic slime.
Yes @jukebox
I’ll occasionally eat 2 tbsps of organic natural peanut butter sometimes to replace a meal.
It’s a good way to lose weight in moderation
Too much peanut butter, especially the ones with high sugar (Skippy, Jiff) can cause weight gain.
Peanut butter has a lot of calories.
Peanuts are a good source of choline. Choline helps reduce the risk of alzheimers.
Here where I live we got 100% almond butter without any additives, sugars, or palm oils. It’s my to go food when I’m in need to get into ketosis state. I find almonds to be a very healthy alternative to any other nut butters that might have hidden chemicals, palm oils, or sugars added to them.
Peanut butter makes me gain weight…because i don’t know when to quit. The peanut butter is not meant to be an inch thick.
I agree with putting it in oatmeal. Very tasty!
when i did zero carb keto diet peanut butter was my only treat. i was doing okay on the diet then started getting hungry at night and going for my spoon of peanut butter
