I have been having brownie protein bars they are really tasty and healthy, same for protein chips
I think it’s a pretty decent substitute for the real thing, @SkinnyMe. It’s not as decadent as peanut butter, but it also has a fraction of the calories and fat that normal peanut butter has.
Frozen cherries and big navel oranges! Yum!
Sounds kinda good. And messy too.
Is that the brand name of it? PB2? I’m going to look for it and try it out. Thanks for hooking me up.
Probably a steak
With lots of veggies of course
Here’s the nutrition facts if you’re curious @SkinnyMe
It’s essentially defatted peanut butter or with much less fat. One healthy tip I heard on YouTube is when you buy peanut butter that has to oil on top to pour it off. Saves a lot of calories.
But does it have less sugar is the question?
avacado eaten right out of the husk
pistachios and walnuts
fruit
They have two versions. Original and sugar free. Both I believe have much less than your average peanut butter I think tho still.
This is the one you’re looking for perhaps. I like the original better tho
No, it has even more sugar. But its great that it has a sugar free variety.
Do you mix the powder with water or oil?
i like these salad wraps ive been making. Flat Out Wrap Bread, topped with avocado and spicy ranch, then i add salad and wrap it.
