Dropping down to part time

Well, I tried full time. It just wasn’t for me. My therapist think I would have been more successful if my work had honored my doctor’s note saying I couldn’t work seven days in a row with only one day off, followed by another five days on. Really, even the neurotypicals at my job have trouble with that schedule.

Last night, I had a panic attack and had to leave work early. Today I saw my therapist and she took me out of work for two weeks, and after that she will release me to work 25 hours a week. My HR guy was understanding about it all. Hopefully I’ll be more successful as a part timer.

I use to have a good job and was also working full time till one day i had a nervous breakdown in front of other people i was freaking out and told them that they can go ■■■■ themselves and left. After while i found another job part time job. It changed a lot of things in a positive way. I felt calmer and much happier. I felt less, even no pressure at all. And i think that this is what people like you and me need. I hope it works out for you!
