Have you ever driven across America? I have twice when I lived in my auto in America. In August 2000 I drove from Miami to LA and then continued to San Francisco and then I drove back to Miami. In February 2001 I drove from Key West, FL to LA and lived one month in my auto in Beverly Hills, Hollywood and other greater LA areas, and then I drove back to Miami. A life was interesting.
Sounds like great fun. Seems you are a bit of a hippie.
I’ve driven from Connecticut to Pennsylvania a few times. Once I made a round trip in one day. Would like to do this more
It was interesting, I am not a hippie, but I saw America in the way many people would like to experience it, million dollar houses in Beverly Hills and slums in northern Mississippi, Pacific Coast Highway from LA to San Francisco was great, it was just interesting.
I had to move from North Carolina to Orange County, California once. But from Miami sounds further. I have driven from Louisiana to San Diego and El Paso, Texas multiple times. I have burnt up I 10. I have lived along I 10 or I 8 in San Diego (which isn’t far from it) most of my life.
Drove from the East Coast to California and back-- it was pretty fun! Went to a few national parks and a music festival along the way.
I once drove from Miami to NYC and lived nearly a week in my auto in NYC and after that I drove back to Miami through Washington DC. It was the end of October and I was not dressed properly for the colder weather. After Washington DC I drove to Savannah and then to Miami Beach. I liked the subway/metro in Washington DC, during the 1990s I went to Washington DC many times.
I’ve driven from Cincinnati, ohio to Denver, and from there onto sacramento and up to Portland, Oregon and seattle, Washington and back. that was probably my longest road trip. but I’ve driven all over the country really. I really like the redwoods.
