I drink one liter of milk a day, over 365 liters a year. How much do you drink milk?
I only like milk in tea and coffee or thick milkshakes or in cereal I cannot drink milk on its own yuk

Milk is not the healthiest thing for adults but I add some lactose free 2% fat free milk to my coffee.
