An article just appeared on my phone saying milk increases risk of prostate cancer. I drink two cups of skim milk a day maybe I will reduce it to 1 if the clozapine is causing more weight gain.

I’m lactose intolerant so I have to use lactose free milk, soy, or almond milk. The last time I looked the almond milk was cheaper.

Thanks. I asked Siri, and there’s several articles about this. I may have to stick with soy or almond milk.
