Dreams are weird

In my dream I went to my grandparent’s house…only it wasn’t their real house…yet in the dream I was so familiar with this house and had so many memories there. I find it so fascinating that a dream can just fill your head with untrue memories, able to place you completely into a different role than yourself…anyways so many odd things happened in this dream. For example a large part of me was me taking a nap! In the dream! Then I had a weird flashback to a rape that never happened to me in real life. After that I somehow ended up in this strange park late at night. And I felt so odd I wasn’t sure if I was invisible or not. I couldn’t hear anything at all, I had completely lost my hearing.

I remember doing something to create noise to see if it would draw attention and it did…and I remember talking to the policeman there but not hearing I was speaking, basically just moving my lips and they seemed to act like I was speaking. Then pirates attacked out of nowhere and I rode a dolphin down a random river to escape. Still with no sound…bizarre! I later ended up back at my grandparents house to feel nostalgic over memories that weren’t true. So WEIRD

Yeah totally agree dreams are weird.

The other day I was almost relapsing and i was just laying in the noise trying to find comfort in the self and disconnection from.

Started getting visuals pastig in over my closed eyes. I was so wired and tired that the brain seemed like it was going to be inclined to just drop me into the subconscious dreaming lucidly. Absurd feeling!

But it kind of shocked me into opening my eyes. Just went back to feeling the ball of peace in my mind that seemed solid and trustworthy to lean into while I tried to forget everything else.

Hey wound up pulling myself out of that relapse… was a bad one.

I have also been getting more visuals when I close my eyes lately…and I’ve been hallucinating more too. I am sad and worried. I’m glad you pulled away from it though.
