I remember in the dream I was standing in the lounge (or a big room) and yelling and all hyped up and making a scene, my hair in my face
Then a male nurse gave me a sedative
Two days later I was discharged

That’s funny. If I dream of the ward, it’s always a nightmare for me
I’ve dreamed a lot I was in hospital. Some were more clinical looking and some were more nicer. In some i knew i was in a familiar hospital I went to in real life, but it lookrd different in the dream. And some dreams I was hypomanic and some I was psychotic
It must have had a big impact on you. I know it did on me too
I always have dreams I’m in psychosis.
