before i ever got sz i was i beleive bi-polar in nature…i had awful depressions and on occasions i would have a bit of an elated mood that would last about 5 hours…looking back i see it as a dopamine rush…but would that qualify you as bi-polar, as regards the high experienced

Dopamine is not related to high mood. Its only related to psychosis.
Mood stabilizers don’t work on dopamine, some think its serotonin but no on is sure yet how they work.
Describe how your mood is high? One symptom is continuous fast talking about unrelated subjects.
