my clothes are fitting me really good after not weighing myself for two weeks and discontinuing all the cookies, candy, and sweets.
Two things I had not cut out yet were alcohol and CBD. I decided to cut them both out yesterday. The alcohol because its bad for my health and because I was drinking more and more of it. So, I put an end to it. I quit the CBD because it was giving me the munchies (making me binge) every night. I was afraid I was going to add weight because of that.
I am really pleased with myself. If I get good sleep tonight, I’ll weigh myself in the morning. Lack of sleep adversely affects weight.
I’m now 3 pounds away from my goal weight. Still avoiding the sweets, alcohol and CBD. Intend to do this forever. One thing about me, I have an iron will. I’m just like my mother that way.
