Don't be Hard on Yourself. It's Xmas

So it’s that time of year which is a great time to start a diet but I’ve done a week with a lot of discipline. Been eating way more veges and wholemeal bread rather than white bread. I’ve been disciplined for breaky and doing really well but…

I had some fun today and bought a big mac for a reward. I know I’ll have to work it off and it’s a waste but it’s coming up to Xmas and it’s a time for enjoyment firstly over anything else. I’ll be good in the New Year and I’m still doing all the right things mostly…Niece is up so pizza tonight. Yes.

Anyways. Just wanted to say it’s perfectly ok to have a good time. No drugs and alcohol for those who suffer but food and such shouldn’t be too much of a worry. Have some fun peeps and we can get back into it for the new year. Much peace.

I’m supposed to be watching my blood sugar and I have been for the most part but I kinda caved and had some cake today. I see my doctor soon anyway and she’ll set me straight, lol.

I adore food and love eating.

I have gained weight but I’m still not prepared to never allow myself treats.

I allow myself to eat cake sometimes, pizza sometimes etc

Wishing you all awesome Christmas food .

Had a burger from hungry jack’s (burger king in usa). I’ve lost 19kg so far so I didn’t mind having a treat.
