Don’t know why I panic in the morning

It seems like every morning I have a panic attack. I have diabetes and don’t know if this is the cause. It was a little bit after eating breakfast, but I had to turn off the radio and AC and lie in the bed a few minutes until it went away. Does anyone else have panic attacks? What helps yours?

When you have low blood sugar in the morning, you very much feel like you are having a panic attack. It’s much better if you try to eat something quickly to help you feel better if it is low blood sugar. It always takes a good while even after you eat before you feel well again.
