Just had a discrete one hour of panic

Is gone now. Like completely gone.

But for one hour I was shaking like a leaf in panic. Can’t understand my body/brain sometimes

Some people get panic attacks. I don’t know if that’s the same as what you just went through though. I think PRN benzos are the treatment for it.

I have had like 8 panick attacks total in my life so far. They are terrifying as freeze, thoughts are rushing, extreme fear also cold feet and numb fingers

The most effective thing I found, for them. Is treating blood sugar problems
