I’m the exact same way as you. When I can’t get sleep, my symptoms worsen. I make sure to see my doctor whenever I have problems like that. It helps prevent me from getting worse by talking to him about it. I also have a stuffed dog that my husband gave me. When I wake up in the middle of the night I cuddle up to it, and that relaxes me and helps me get back to sleep. I started taking magnesium tablets, and that helps me sleep at night.
You are right @ginalovea2 I’m starting to feel manic.
My thoughts are racing and a bit jumbled and I’m feeling a bit over stimulated.
I’m definitely cycling from depression to mania.
I hate these mixed episodes.
I think it’s too late to call my doctor.
