Problem is GPU prices now are too expensive due to scalpers. Its very hard to find stocks at msrp price. The 2080 Ti with DLSS can play any game at 4K max graphics at 60fps except for Cyperpunk where it goes down to 52-55fps sometimes.

My CPU is Ryzen 3700X.
Just saying you might want to upgrade it in 1-3 years. I personally haven’t used 4K before so I don’t know how my phone and laptop would handle it.
