Does the news trigger you?

I always end up scrolling down the list of headlines on the news. They really are terrible. Shooting here and there. Pedophilia. Bestiality. People trying to start race wars. Attack on a baseball field full of politicians. Lady drives her car onto a baseball field and kills the guy trying to shut the gate and he was also a criminal.

I should quit looking at that crap.

Yes some news disturb me they are so bad. On TV they show also blurred videos which i dislike most. I don’t know about fake news, i don’t believe everything.

I avoid reading news from the hair on fire media. It’s geared toward clickbait articles that are more likely to get views. Oftentimes that means exaggerating or outright lying on the face of the article link just to get those tasty clicks.

I prefer long-form interviews and such online, to op-eds written by some failed english major.

I don’t watch the news or visit news websites. They do still trigger me but not as bad now as they used to.

I’m still cautious about viewing or reading about the news, but it doesn’t get to me nearly as much as it used to.
