Since i start seroquel i m feeling less anxious and proactive.i started exercises and study again.my question is does seroquel effective against negative symptoms?anyone know?

same here … not effective as positive … i am on 600mg seroquel…thanks god…

It’s hard to tell. I don’t know if Seroquel or aging is improving the negatives. I just want to say that my negative symptoms has improved tremendously the last 5 years.

Seroquel was bad. Unconscious bp dropped etc… good luck

I have had good results with Seroquel, however I take a fair load of other meds so a disclaimer is in order

I was prescribed Seroquel 50mg for sleep with 15mg Zyprexa. Nothing worked as I was still psychotic.

Generally none of the APs are effective against negative symptoms, but while some people might get worse negative symptoms, others will get slightly fewer secondary negative symptoms.
I was on Seroquel and it didn’t do anything for my negative symptoms.

Seroquel has been neutral on the negative symptoms for me, but I’ve had negative symptoms for most of my life. I’m neither better nor worse on Seroquel.
