Yes - although atypicals are more selective about the dopamine receptors they block and also act on serotonin receptors.

On three APās, all of my dopamine receptors are all blocked.
Not sure what that means but despite all my side effects from the ap Iām quite happy and optimistic consistently I suspect because the ap also has anti depressant properties. I am irrationally optimistic about āgetting my life back on track in the futureā from a mixture of mania and anxiety and partially just myself, I thinkā¦
