Nicotine helps me understand better when people talk and helps me have thoughts in my head and talk but its been so long since ive been off nicotine i can hardly remember if it helps with my positive symptoms. My doctor told me her patients tell her it does. I really need to quit nicotine but im just worried how ill be without it. I know i will hardly be able to talk and my thoughts when i have em will be louder and they will take me over but other than that i dont know.
After a couple of months I felt better because breathing was better. It’s a gradual thing but you’ll notice improvements if you exercise.
Yeah it will give you a cognitive hit but I argue that the addiction removes the benefits even in the short term. I was a hopeless nicotine addict for 25 years of my life and I regret that.

Nicotine has been proven to lower haldol blood levels.
I never smoked. But ordered nicotine ‘bandaids’ through the internet. Put them on my skin. The effect on me was that I got extremely dizzy and nauseous. Throwing up. And could not function for a few days. I have no clue what it does to my positives, for I felt too sick to notice.
I told the nurses my strategy. And how it worked out. We had a good laugh. They found it weird, but rather inventive and funny.
