From what I’ve read Karxt doesn’t seem to improve negs but like you’re saying if meds are the reason you have them then Karxt may help. Also losing a significant amount of weight may help negs which will probably happen if you switch to Karxt. Evenamide is really exciting in terms of its potential to improve negs. It’s not as close to market as Karxt but it’ll probably enter phase 3 by the end of the year.
@jeroenp I don’t know what country you live in but it’s launching near the end of the year in the U.S.

In some modest way, sure. Just like clozapine and olanzapine.
I’m excited to try it too. I just don’t think it deserves the hype it gets on here.
