Any promise for KarXT helping substantially with negative symptoms?

I at first we heard that it was supposed to help with negatives, and then heard that it doesn’t. Also when does it come out in the U.S?

It helped some for negatives but measuring negative improvement effect was not the primary purpose of the studies so far.
The company Hopes for approval spring 2024.
