I heard they going to do trials for negative symptoms at some point.

In Emergent1,2,3 trials, improvement of negatives was not a primary goal of the trials.
In Emergent1 negatives went down -3.2 with med, -0.9 with placebo. In Emergent2 negatives went down -3.4 with med, -1.6 with placebo, for a lesser effect size. As per Matsblog.
The Emergent3 trial did not find a statistically significant improvement in negatives compared to placebo.

My pdoc wants to try Vraylar
I’m currently on Clozaril as my AP

a reduction of an average of 3 points on the negative scala sounds really promising

For me, it’s avolition, social withdrawal mostly
I work and do other stuff but I’d love to get back into online gaming , I used to enjoy that too
