Does Everyone Realize?

sorry @anon9798425, I was just trying to distinguish the two so I didn’t confuse anybody.

On the second scenario(stopping drugs because of side effects), in my personal option, it would depend alot on the type of crime you committed. If you committed a crime, a doctor would probably then make sure that you kept taking your meds. They would work with you somewhat to help with lessening the bad side effects. But if the person was adamant about not taking meds then the doctor might put you on a community treatment order or just get a judges order saying you have to take meds for an allowed time(usually 6 months or so).
If it is a bad enough crime, and they viewed you as a danger to others, then they may commit you to a mental institution.
Once again, it all goes back to, what was the person’s state of mind when the crime took place.
Sorry for the long reply.
It is only my personal opinion.
