Does anyone take valerian root?

i wonder if it safe to take valerian root with melatonin and l theanine or with antiphycotics and mood stabilizer

I used to take Valerian Root but Iā€™m not sure if it is safe with the supplements you are taking. I would ask the pharmacist and your doctor.
