Does anyone suffer from daily chronic tension headaches here and cement feeling in their head?
I have daily icepick headaches, and my head feels like it’s heavy. Probably some inflammation issue.
I’ve been experimenting with alkaline foods and drinks, and they seem to be making a difference in the pain level.
Same as well!! what are you doing to deal with this?
I used to take Boswellia, which inhibits the LOX inflammation pathway, and it worked well enough for me to be able to focus on reading, but I ran out recently. Waiting for a new shipment to come in.
I also take Niacin, which causes a flush reaction that increases circulation for about an hour, and it makes me feel close to normal while that is happening.
Lastly, I’m taking a good multi-vitamin 3x a day, Opti-Men, which has ample amounts of all the vitamins and minerals you need, along with trace minerals. I’ve been feeling progressively better since taking it.
My constant head pain would rate a 7.5 / 10 when I started, and now about 2 weeks after it’s a solid 5.5.
I suspect that I had an unruptured aneurysm causing the pain, due to a copper deficiency, and that the extra copper in the multivitamin is helping me heal.
Idk I’m getting bizzare waves of very heavy workaholic concentration feelings and as a result have been turning down fun activities to study a lot of programming and look for jobs, etc. I am being extremely productive but can’t seem to take a break without feeling like I’m wasting time!
so your saying the boswelia helped your ability to read and how much did you take? Also i don’t think its reccomended to take a multivitamin that many times a day to be honest. I think thats overdoing it don’t you think?
I took 300 mg of Boswellia 3 times a day, it took the edge off my headaches.
Also, the Opti-Men bottle label recommended taking their multivitamin 3x a day.
Where is the pain on your head? Tension headaches can normally be helped a lot by certain stretches.
stretches haven’t helped me i have tried numerous stretches but it is of no help. I still get that cement sensation in my head. What helped me was taking tianeptine sulfate at a low dose of 6.25 mg but i had a bad comedown effect afterwards my dose was finished.
I get intense ocular migranes they the absoliute worst fml
If you’re getting daily headaches, please see a neurologist about that. They could be a sign of something very serious.
Sincerely,
Someone who left their migraines untreated for years before discovering I had a brain tumor that almost killed me
I get them every day. I’ve learned to just accept them.
@anon57786250 @anon22322466 have any of you tried Cefaly the migrane machine? It releases endorphins and apparently helps with these issues.

I haven’t tried that. I’ve tried what @anon22322466 suggested which is Bosweila, it helps a little bit.
I use biofeedback to treat my migraines (and my OCD) now. They are under control and no longer debilitating.
@Ninjastar @anon57786250 have any of you tried neurosoft transmagnetic stimulation? I might try this out but i was wondering if it is worth it to give a trial out. I am in the US
