Does anyone here supplement with Sulforaphane?

This is an interesting supplement that reduces NMDA receptor density by increasing BDNF production in the brain. There are numerous posts on this forum about the health benefits of Sulforaphane, but I was wondering if anyone noticed a significant reduction of schizophrenia symptoms upon taking it.

I’m in the process of ordering 1 kg of either 0.5% or 1% Sulforaphane powder from Alibaba.com. I’ll personally report on the benefits in a month or so.

I’ve never heard of this. Google and Wiki doesn’t help. .

I just got my Sulforaphane, took 2 scoops (8 grams each,) and my chronic headache seems to be getting well enough that I can sort of relax. I’m also supplementing 6.5 grams reduced Glutathione and 2 grams Vitamin C, for the headache.

The hope is that my head pain will go down well enough in a month that I can comfortably go outside, or at least go to a doctor to get a SPECT scan for some kind of surgical option to cure my headache once and for all.

I’m taking 3 mg Palperidone and 3 grams Niacinamide for my positive symptoms, so they’re pretty much taken care of. I’d be 80-90% normal if not for the headache.
