I used avmocal 6 tabs a day. Didn’t do much for me.

I’m thinking on buying some seeds for growing my own broccoli sprouts, they contain a lof of sulforaphane. There are specialized containers on sale, and specialized layers of soil for growing this “micro-greenery” as it’s called here.
