i like soft breads but toasted to be crunchy. dont like naturally stiff thick breads as the chew to flavor ratio is higher

Ideally I prefer freshly baked bread. You used to be able to get it sliced for you, but it’s been over 20 years since I had such bread. The drawback as a single person is that it goes stale quite quickly.

I’ve been trying different brands of non gluten bread, so far there’s something missing in the taste - not sure what it is though

I like white bread too especially like the fresh made stuff from the grocery store. Dude wonder bread is so gross these days. About 10 years ago maybe hey changed the formula and now it tastes mad synthetic. It’s like a dough ball. Fresh bread is the best tho. Especially baugettes.
