I used to do this thing as a joke as a cue that we didnt want the tenant applying for rent lol. Id lay down on the floor on my back and just start sliding across the floor while still talking 
I saw it on the show impractical jokers and just had to try it. My roommate was doing the talking or i woulda burst out laughing.
