Does anyone have experience with Rexulti? How is it?

I’m kind of reluctant to become dependent on another med, but Geodon was a splendid success, so maybe Rexulti could be a big help too.

It’s very like Abilify. Maybe it might help your TD ?

I’ll definitely mention it to my doc as an option!

It’s made by the same people who make Abilify, and it’s supposed to be Abilify’s “successor”.

Abilify did some good things for me, but it also had some bad. It made me antsy. I actually got a pretty good increase in my physical strength when I took Abilify.

I believe that rexulti could do some good things for the negative symptoms but keep using Seroquel and Geodon don’t give up those because you could end up heading for disaster like me when I gave up 300 mg Seroquel lately with the result that the positives nearly killed me

I haven’t used Rexulti but I assume it gives good results, similar to how Abilify gives patients good abilities.

Joking aside, it’s a reasonable option, and one that should be considered by your treating psychiatrist and you.

I had homicidal thoughts while taking rexulti. Doesn’t mean it’ll happen to you. New aps don’t go well with me. Good luck.

That worries me a little. I could use more energy, but I don’t want to get out of control when I get more energy.

So you have to keep the Seroquel and Geodon believe me without those two your life could easily drop off the ladder

Rexulti made my tardive dyskinesia and cervical dystonia much, much worse. That’s just my personal experience, though.

I had serious problems with suicidal thoughts and gestures. That totally went bye bye when I started rexulti. I love it.
