Does anyone do ebay, vinted , depop etc here

I just bought a bracelet the other day. The lady said it was her grandmothers bracelet and when I got it, it was 1/5th rg 9ct gold. Worth more than the £6 i paid. I feel quite bad… but i really like it…

Furniture is very good to get second hand seems.
I’m going to look at a couple of bedside cabinets this week
One of them has been painted especially to be resold which feels nice.
This was on facebook market

I also used to buy my games all second hand when I was a kid. Save so much money and it made zero difference most of the time.

And TBH, I still buy many of my gutiar pedals second hand. Same deal. Very hard for it to be damaged by normal use.

I have been going to charity shops lately… you can find some great things there too

I buy a lot of vintage shoes off eBay. I haven’t seen anything nice pop up in a while though.

I used to buy and sell on ebay. Mostly sell. But I haven’t in quite some time.

I have used eBay quite a bit and always had a good experience. I have 140 5 star reviews, a perfect record so far. I’ve bought and sold on the platform.

I bought my replacement TV on eBay last month. It was priced 200 bucks lower than everywhere else. It came on time brand new perfect condition.

I should probably add it was Buy It Now. I only do buy it now, I hate auction style bidding.

I saw a video of a guy who bought bulk vintage stuff to resell and he didn’t make money. They put one or two good shirts then the rest of them are garbage.

I think you have to be like a real fashionista or someone who’s actually really knows fashion and the business to prosper

One of my clients does that. He bought a bunch of stuff and had me create an eCommerce website with all his products. In 2 years he sold 1 thing. It’s harder than it looks to sell online. We then closed down the website, it was costing more than it was worth.

Yeah typically the only vintage stuff that sales well is old sports clothing and hats, or vintage band shirts that are still in good shape.
