Yeah I do helped a lot. There is a specialist at my work who thought me. But you need guidance especially when you are sensitive for psychosis. It can trigger things

I do some sometimes. Found them on the Finch app. There are different breathing exercises for everything from getting more energy & focus to lessening anxiety an getting sleepy before bed.

Thanks. You can start for yourself a little bit though but don’t go to heavy. Just quick breath through your nose while you are laying down. In and out and then hold your breath. And release. U will feel your brain relaxing.
You can also without breathing afterwards start shaking your body.
It releases trauma and stress

main issue i have is being consistent with it. I get bored of it after a few minutes. I try to do a bit of breathwork a lot of days but its hard to go more than 5 minutes. Its so boring lol

I do some mindfulness exercises where I focus on breathing and listening when I am trying to relax.

I hate breathing exercises. For some reason, they make me irrationally angry. I get my breaths when I work out, but I do notice I hold my breath a lot.
