Breathing exercises 🌬️

Does anyone else do breathing exercises? I find the stop racing thoughts and make me more calm. Trying to do 1 hour total each day but having trouble staying consistent.

I did the Wim Hof breathing exercises for a few months. I still do it when I get anxious, but the effects only seem to last 10 or so minutes. It is pretty striking how well it calms me down though.

Thanks for sharing ill check that out. I think the point is to form the habit of breathing even when you’re not focused on it and also that time spent breathing the mind is blank…it’s quiet powerful when done daily for a long time I think :slight_smile:
