Drink water instead of whatever you’re drinking now, and stop all between meal snacks. If you must have a sugary drink limit yourself to one a day.
It removes a lot of daily enjoyment but it works. Zyprexa makes it hard tho cuz it stimulates your appetite a lot.

I agree fish is good for you but expensive. I’m giving weight loss a go this year after letting myself go for several years and middle age spread. I’ve bought some scales and tracking it in Apple health app. No sugary snacks, more exercise, trying to cut down milk cause I drink a ton of it in all the coffee I drink.
Lol it’s pretty damn high protein and super satiating. Tuna is 1$ a can so it’s good for my food budget. I wanna go get like 50 cans
