Does antipsychotic affect fertility for man?

Male taking antipsychotic, does it lower their chance to make woman give birth?

Antipsychotic medications increase prolactine, decrease testosterone, and increase sexual side effects, including ejaculatory dysfunction. The greatest evidence is for chlorpromazine, haloperidol, reserpine, risperidone, and thioridazine, with less effects seen with aripiprazole and clozapine. Remarkably few studies have looked at antipsychotic effects on semen quality, and this is an important knowledge gap in reproductive pharmacology

I can see and feel that my erection is weaker, more importantly my sperm is lesser on meds then not on.Don’t know the exact reason

Personally on Latuda I have no difference but I saw many stories about mainly Risperidone and Invega messing up with your sexual activity.
