or are they demon voices. Like is the voice clear like a normal persons voice. I know they are mean but is it a normal voice. Mine are clear like a normal person which makes its worse i think. Cause then i think they are good spirits telling me im bad…

Mine were crystal clear, so that along with delusional belief made me think they were spirits. Especially with a religious upbringing I guess.
I have the nicest voices sometimes, they can last for days without a single mean word. Then I get rough patches where I get battered by them, and I’m so unprepared because I have my guard down, those are tough days.
If they were good spirits, they wouldn’t be telling you that you’re bad. They’d forgive you for whatever you’ve done, recognize that you’re suffering, and do whatever they could to ease your pain. That’s why it’s important to recognize that there’s some negative thought mixed in with the hallucination every so often, maybe from the subconscious.
