Do you worry for no reason?

Wednesday I had to see my doctor - I was sure she will be late and I won’t manage to clean the daycare afterwards. And a friend said “what if this time she’s not late”? Guess what - she was just on time and I managed to do my cleaning job. Then I was worried how will I tell my friend I won’t be able to clean no more - guess what, she reacted so well! lol
I kinda start believing that thoughts are the most important thing! Also I stopped writing in my diary because all I do there is complain.
NOW I am worried if I will be fine at my new job. I remember a quote - something like “don’t let there to be Plan B if you want Plan A to succeed”. I am working on my attitude

I worry about stuff, sometimes I realize I’m just spinning my own wheels though.

I worry a lot, its probably not helpful but i also have good reason to worry and my worries do actually come true as well as my goals.
But i do wish i could feel more safe and secure and actually have fun

I do worry oftenly. Anyhow, so do most people without Sz as well. But what can you expect - we have voices and unknown characters borrowing our body. It’s not cool to worry about what other people think about what we tell to them.
