To make patients take more APs. I could see it happen. I could picture it in my mind.
No I don’t think so. You’re allowed to refuse meds in the hospital unless you’re court ordered to take them
@LilyoftheValley
Not in the country where I live in. Either take meds or take injection
I dont think they put meds in your drink or food. That would be unethical and illegal.
I am currently hospitalised and I can taste pills in those juices they serve here
They don’t do that. You might be experiencing altered perceptions in taste. I get that sometimes with my hallucinations. They aren’t slipping things in your juice.
Someone at the hospital told me not to drink the water from the cooler because they lace it with drugs.
I’ve felt out of it and stoned after eating a couple of meals.
I don’t know if psych hospital food is drugged but I wouldn’t be surprised.
Please don’t feed into the op delusions. The hospital doesn’t drug you without your knowledge. That would be illegal to do so. Also, if you are drinking city water, some of the treatment they use to cleanse the water has a strong taste. But it doesn’t harm you in any way.
Initially it’s illegal to drug someone without their knowledge, but where I live there is a clause where they can give you drugs under special circumstances like if you are in a bad psychosis or act violent and refuse to take drugs voluntary.
I know for sure they put something in my orange juice the first night I got admitted during my second episode. Because I was going from raving hyper to go out like a light and crashing on the bed a little while after drinking it. I didn’t wake before the next day and I was feeling medication groggy. It was only this one time though. I went med compliant after that.
It’s hard to control the dose through food because not everyone eats everything. That makes it unlikely. If they really want to dose you and they have the authority to do so, they’ll just have two large d00ds hold you down while they give you an injection.
Cripes. It’s not. THINK about it.
Yeah thanks, it’s most likely my paranoia talking
