I’m not sure what you mean. What do you mean by “think randomly”?
I close my eyes when I meditate and sometimes thoughts go a bit random like I am dreaming.

Hey man I think like and these are my own thought I will think something like it popped like popcorn just nonsensical thoughts and I will realize after that it makes no sense I’m also completely awake
This happens to me a lot before I go to sleep. I don’t ascribe any significance to it.

Very mild voices and delusions right now and the usual strong negative symptoms that leave me wanting to stay on the couch all day. On a low dose of Geodon boosted by Amyloban 3399.
Did your antipsychotics stop working that well after a while as well???
Used to have that problem when I was younger. Getting older plus getting more skilled with CBT and therapy so I have learned to be less affected by symptoms really helped. Allowed me to go down to lower doses that I don’t seem to “burn out” on now.
Gamers I mean incoherent thoughts like right before falling asleep but I know I’m awake because I can get up at any second and I can turn in bed whenever I want too
I get that too sometimes.
