I think you can go to a therapist at 70€ per hour twice a week and they will cure you the day after your dead. It’s a waste of money for psychosis imo.

Yea its only good for depression, PTSD, personality disorders, drug and drinking addiction, etc Useless for my schizophrenia and negative symptoms.
My therapist specializes in ptsd and addiction which is why I choose her. She had some background in Sz but not her speciality but I considered that fine.
My therapist has helped me a lot. She sometimes helps ground me with my delusions. Encourages me to overcome negative symptoms. Etc. but the ptsd work is what I thought I needed most from a therapist.
schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders are stubborn conditions especially when it comes to treatment options for positive symptoms, therapy doesnt get rid of physical symptoms like hallucinations, it may be able to help with delusions if one is in the right mental state and self aware but the majority need meds to snap out of it
