No i usually text them. Cos i got the permission from her to vent on her phone when i need it. And my god, when drunk ive sent her some essays. But ive deleted it since - cos i just get paranoid ive pissed her off.
Now if i want to get hold of her, i go thru the Duty Phone.

I don’t do this. Even though my psychiatrist gave me her number and asked me to contact her if I needed help, when she later discharged me and I got very angry about it, I didnt text her personally.
This was partly because I didn’t trust her, and partly because I didn’t trust myself to message in a way that was respectful/professional
