Do you oversleep or undersleep?

or just the right amount? I tend to oversleep, by getting 10-12 hours of sleep a night. I don’t take naps during the day, either. My case worker wants me to sleep less, aiming for 8-10 hours a night.

I don’t sleep nearly enough, but I get as much as I can. Usually 2-4 hours a night. Sometimes I can manage a twenty minute nap during the day, but not often.

I sleep :sleeping: like a baby :baby: I take clozapine at 6 pm
I go bed 7 pm and I set alarm for 5.15 am

Oversleep. Mostly 10 hours. I get bored around the evening time.

I have a tendency to sleep for 4 hours for a couple of days then sleep like 2 days and then start back up with the 4 hour thing again. It’s not good. I really need to get my sleep hygiene squared away. But it’s hard when you don’t work and nothing is really forcing you to keep a regular schedule.

Since my last post my sleep has now dramatically improved on my new medication and I am sleeping normal

Yeah, I am sleeping well. On most days when I take 3 mg Melatonin, I sleep within 5 minutes. I sleep 8-9 hours most days.

I sleep six hours a nohght but wake up at four every morning

I have a routine now of staying up until 2 am in the morning and then taking a Klonipin 0.5 mg and falling asleep until noon. Bad sleep habits I know.

I sleep what my body needs, 10-14 hours.

Either one or the other, but both extremes. Like I could get no sleep whatsoever or 3 hours of sleep or I could get 19 hours of sleep. Not even kidding.

I sleep a lot thanks to zyprexa. But i still kind of feel drowsy throughout the day. Caffeine sort of helps but not much

I always sleep to much, not sure why but I need a lot of sleep. Maybe 2 or 3 nights a year I can’t sleep.
