You wake up every two hours screaming? (Not original with me…)
I used to have a lot of trouble sleeping and would only get about 6 hours a night or less. But now, I’ve been better about it and have been getting 7-8 hours a night. I am glad. I am reducing the doxipen that I take for sleep because I’ve been doing so well. I hope it stays ok

Yeah, my sleep is as erratic as yours, @valiumprincess. It’s hell too.
I sleep 9-12 hours if I don’t have a reason to get up.
When I do have a reason to get up, I usually try getting a minimum of 7, or I’ll feel smashed most of the day.
If I have the time, I’ll usually take a 3 hour nap regardless of how much I’ve slept during the night.
I know it’s not healthy, but what else am I supposed to do when I feel so tired that it’s like gravity is stronger?
I do both but not all the time. I over sleep and then I don’t sleep enough. The more I think about it I over sleep more though.
I oversleep sometimes and hardly sleep at all at different times. I think that doing it one way for a while usually results in me sleeping the other way as a result.
I am in bed with lights out 12 hours a night but sleep 6-8.
I don’t know how you sleep less or more, you sleep however much you sleep.

I usually sleep 4 hours then am awake in the middle of the night and sleep again.
as a teenager i used to sleep like 6 hours and be fine, sleep was no big thing. probably thats why im so short. now i sleep 12+ hours on aps. it is also the negative symptoms of the illness.
Im one extreme or the other. Either an Hour or 14.
I dont know what it is but i wake up a four in the morning no matter what.then six then eight.i just get the hell up then.
I was doing 10 plus but with all this exercise and off the alcohol I’m back to under 8. I’d be happy to maintain this but it’s relatively early days yet. I used to have a nap in the afternoon as well but haven’t had one this year so far! I think this exercise is helping!
My sleep schedule is all messed up. I was up at 2am Saturday night, went to sleep, got up at 830am, went to sleep at noon, got up at 430pm and am still awake.
That sounds like me.
